YAY the excitement has set in...we officially are going to have a mortgage and a house!!! We have a nice size block in a new estate in the south eastern suburbs and now we have signed up to build a 29 sq home, with a May 09 start date! We have added a few extra things to the house that we cant add later, i.e. bigger garage and alfresco... Ill keep you updated on all the ups and down of our journey! :)
